Begin your proposal with a brief introduction (1–2 paragraphs) about yourself. Include:

Copy every MAIN TASK listed in the job description for the position you’re applying to. Under each task, provide detailed examples of your experience and achievements relevant to the role, using either a bullet-point or paragraph format.

Example Structure:

Main Task Name 1: Email Marketing

“I have worked for X months/years in email marketing for [Company Name]. My daily tasks included creating campaigns, analyzing performance, and improving open rates. As a result, I increased click-through rates by 25%.”

Main Task Name 2: Social Media Management:

“At [Company Name], I managed social media accounts, developed content calendars, and implemented strategies that grew followers by 40%. My role included daily engagement and analytics reporting.”
